愛過与痛過會否亦凝同，
Would those who have loved and pained agree,

被愛去愛各自有心痛
Being loved and to love can be heartbreaking respectively

夢過与醉過，分手相愛与相逢，
[Like] To have dreamt and to have been drunk,
separating and falling in love comes across by chance,

情緣离合匆匆仿似風。
The separation and adjoining of fated feelings comes quickly like the wind.

冷暖這世界，太多愛共情，
With coldness and warmth in this world, there's just too much love and sentiments
[to consider],

未覺暖意愛念已冰凍，
Though have not sensed the trace of warmth, the thought of love already
becomes frozen,

遙遙長路里，方向各不同，
The long road is distant and far away, the path to take to each their own,

我与晚星飛縱。
The evening stars and I are set free.
